The Aaahh association is an open family for communication and dialog, however like any family with its own inner dynamics, the Aaahh emphasizes the nonverbal and gestural in our communications - giving way to the implied suggestive aspect in our interactions.

~~~
Thoughts lead to actions and expressions and affect our communications. Not necessarily obvious actions but subtle expressions i.e. countenance and gestured expressions, tone of voice, eye contact, mannerisms and other kinds of body language. These primarily come from our subconscious. When some key thoughts and subtle actions are not paid enough attention to and addressed immediately they accumulate and become suppressed. Sooner or later these will surface and lead to a disruption in our communications and relationships.
Up to a point intellectual analytical awareness may be necessary, however at a certain point we put aside the intellect and our reasoning system so we can find differnt kinds of answers to issues that arise in our communications and relationships. We add to our intellect practices and meditations, which highlight a different kind of reasoning. These, for some time doubt our intellect and our reasoning. They can connect to and speak the language of our subconscious.
When an individual and group are willing to commit themselves to such a dynamic, a new more harmonious model can emerge.
For such a flexible model to emerge becoming part of a community is a must.
In the Aaahh 'Connecting' and 'demonstrating Meaning' (especially at key moments)primarily happens through nonverbal expressions ~ to let go of words and our normal language~(we are momentarily released from our mind)~ at any given moment ~ including this very instant, and ~ express this experience and interaction we feel in nonarticulate ways. Could such spontaneous expressions give us a certain immediate release from our fractured self, from the culture of 'talking about talking',point us to our Communal self and be more meaningful than the meaning comming from our intelect? And even from these very words you're reading now that only attempt to point into a direction...Try out this little apparent nonsensical thing and see...
~~~
We show this through gestured communication like body movements, voice sounds, eyes and facial expressions, and other spontneous nonverbal communications linked to our subconscious, where things mostly count. Such expression allow us to focus and being attentive as well as wondering off into the woods and become lost... And all this can happen in the blink of an eye without the delay or hindrance of our words.... and is vitally important in our communications.
~~~
To feel the constant interaction between the particle and the wave in a unified field of diversity...
~~~
We learn to think more in word pictures.
~~~
We cultivate the skill and art to bond by 'connecting and integrating the detail into the larger picture'; to be mindful when the particle becomes a wave in our communications and we are able to feel the dynamics between the two~between the individulal and the community vibe we are part off and belong to.
~~~
Is the bottle half full or half empty as you and I communicate and interact now at this very moment? Not only by stating this with vocal dialog but also sensing and expressing this in ways other then by merely a statement with words. This will create ripples~~~
~~~
There are additionally more effective and beneficial ways of communication and conflict resolution when talking fails us.
~~~

We cultivate a community-guided individuality.
~~~
This is a very important feature of the Aaahh.
~~~
How do we do this?

With the help of steady practices and meditations in an ongoing group framework, our natural moral and ethical tendencies to care for each other and mother earth will be highlighted, and a cultural community Vibe will emerge. These practices help us connect our divided self on the nonverbal as well as on the verbal level. It will minimize the need to resort too much to rigid external do's and don'ts. It will help create a culture of more meaningful communication and a sense of belonging.

For the most part these practices are Relational; they help us minimize or do away with instant and long term energy blocks, and encourage us to share vibes as well as sharing more broadly.
~~~
We aspire for elevation but first we learn to know and accept ourselves.
Primarily all of this is hands-on and experiential.
