What is "the Aaahh"?
The
Aaahh is a way of enhancing personal and social communications within
a collective framework.
This is achieved with the help of practices and meditations and a Community
Spirit.
Moving
away from the "Me Focus" to~
the "Us Focus"
We
are Cultural beings in need of
a connection at the heart level,
Shifting to~
Our
Cultural Power, song, dance and other artistic expressions of Community

in one way or another, help throw light on what the Aaahh is about)

The Aaahh association focuses on communication and relationship education.
This requires a new and very different approach.

The
Aaahh provides us with tools and psychological strategies to help us
negotiate, personally and socially, the shadows that exist between the
absolutes of YES and NO, the Black or White, and enables us to deal
with the complexities of modern life.

We try to go by these guidelines:
Doing by imagination and perception,
Doing by subtle action,
Doing by the group/community and its culture, and
Resolving
conflict by the above 3 kinds of actions.

For
many of us, the highest priority in our lives is to learn to "get
back to essentials".
These
essentials include knowledge of communication, development of relationships
and the formation of community, in order to deal with moral and ethical
issues, such as the pressing moral ecological issues of global warming
and energy depletion, etc.
We open up boundaries to reconnect and realign with these Basics. To this end we use 3 techniques and the group culture.
These techniques are universally practiced, however, in the Aaahh framework we use them in a different way, mainly for the purpose of communication in relationships i.e., how we connect the immediate and instant with the wider psychological picture to enhance or regain balance in our communcations.
A
single blink of an eye sensation can produce triggers of heaven or hell.
Such a nano event can have many emotional/psychological levels.
How, in the Aaahh framework do we respond to such key blink-of-eye nano-events?
The Aaahh can be very simple and childlike--using a genuine smile, a gesture, a voice tone texture, an exclamation, eye contact, etc. Regardless of beliefs and dogmas, these basic signs of empathy and compassion can show connection much better. This is what the Aaahh educational approach is about. Such Mouse Click nuanced Nano-level-Realignments between our members are backed up by community Culture and our realignment techniques/practices. At play here is a split second experiential psychology wherein our rather often hairsplitting and slow 'objective normal language' becomes almost ineffective, even obstructing to this experience of a 'Now-Connecting-moment'. A more personalized blink-of-an-eye communication is vital for those of us with relationship issues.

The rest of our website is, more-or-less, an explanation of the above. At times our work may use too many words or ones that are too complex. Trying to stick to 'perfectly correct grammatical' English.... toiling to explain such staples of enhanced relationships.... is often counterproductive because ordinary language a great deal can weaken or block the response of our foolish childlike heart...
Therefore, is it always necessary to follow the 'politically correct', but alienating structures of 'normal language' or, for that matter, our everyday intellect? When needed, we can get around these obstacles to better communicate/connect.
